You have been bamboozled by the media. Or have diagnosed yourself wrong. To me the way you are talking is more like delusion of grandeur because you are the only one judging your looks, personality and behavior. Narcissistic and self deprecating flip flop personality traits are very much part of your psyche because you build yourself up and then you are your own worst critic. I would suggest you seek some counseling. It will help you clarify in your mind what you are suffering. Good luck.
