You can't compare the two cases. The pilots may or may not be guilty of an offence and it will have to be determined if their actions were a good faith error, an accident or a willful act for which they are to be held liable. In the case of the soldier who released the video, I doubt very much that he released it "by accident" and he most likely meant to release it which would be a violation of security and as a willful act it is something he will be held to account for.
