Can Floyd manage to slip all of Pacquiao's punches and land more punches than Pacquiao would?

The "way" Pacman throws his punches from all angles is what confuses most boxers. And the fact that they are almost all power punches with awesome KO power will win it for Pacquiao. Floyd has no KO power judging by his record. It is possible that he could win on points because he is so slippery but against other boxers that are not as quick as Pacquiao. I don't think he can throw many punches because he will be afraid of getting hit. He will be on the defensive most of the time IMO.
