Become pregnant but the test is negative?

Can a women get pregnant without losing her virginity.I mean without having the full ,I have not had any kind physical ual relationship with my girlfriend,she has not lost her virginity or anything like that, but we in bed each other but our underwear is still on and some of the Sperm is out, and i did touch her virgina with my hand and i think some of the sperm is in it , but i didnt go deep it just outside of her virgina, and after that we go take a shower right away, but if been a month and today is the day the that the period happen but it didnt happen so well today my girlfriend pregnancy test and it negative, but she still worry about and she told me she dont feel good on her stomach and she feel nauseous, can anyone help me what will happen?? thank you
