My right Disc Brake (front) is getting stuck and Calipers, Rotors and Master Cyclinder has been changed?

I haven't changed the Booster or Filter, could those be my problem,Its a 1980 Chevy Pick-Up Cheyenne, My Brake Pedal goes to the Floor When pressing down
