I think teenage angst is just part of growing up. They're frustrated, scared, insecure, and they lash out because they're trying to act like they're stronger than they are in all reality. Trying to find yourself, and pretending like you know who you are when you really don't - it's nervewracking. It isn't any easier when you're constantly being judged, either. I'm almost finished with my teenage years, and while I don't justify teenagers being completely unruly, I totally understand how it feels like the world is against you.
