Im mortified he ignored my message?

my ex fianced added me to his facebook last week i stupidly freaked out when i saw he got married-im a **** i dont know why i did but i deleted him. ive felt terrible since because we split badly and this was a good opportunity to clear the air. so i spent the last two days drumming up courage to re-add him and sent a congratulations and hes ignored me. im mortified i dont know what to do
