Is speech still free or do you pay with harment if you want to be critical? Is the constitution dying?

No. Speech is no longer free. Yes. The Constitution is dying, as well as the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independance. The Freedom that our country talks about exists no longer. I believe it died with Abraham Lincoln.
