Just how effective is ripple.org?

You can go into any charity and see what percent administrative cost they have. I work for Habitat for humanity and find that a large percent of the money I donate at the national level goes to administrative costs. I now donate only on the local level. I know the money I give goes to only administrative costs and housing for poor folks at the local level. Look into it.
