What is the shortest line between high school gratuate and becoming Physicist with Phd?

i am 24 years and have wasted 6 years of my life working here and there doing pretty much ten different jops after high school , but finally realized that what i always wanted was to become theoretical physicist but want to know the shortest time it will take high school gratuate like me who has no more time to waste but study and get my phd in shortest possible space of time, so please help the late bloomer a little and tell me what to do thank you.
