How Soon Would Obama Fix The Education System If He Got Rid Of Welfare?

It would get fixed in short order. Obama will never do this. Dependence is how the left maintains its base. I have been teaching high school for 12 years. Every year I have to beg the kids to study. A while back a kid stood up and said, "I don't have to take this test, the government will pay me to live." On another occasion, a student asked,"Mr. teacher, why do you keep teaching?" I told the student that I was trying to educate some kids so that we would have a large enough tax base so that I could have social security when I retired. He said," don't you know that the government pays for that." They let me know the other day that they were being promised a raise from their candidate for doing absolutely nothing. How can I encourage my students when I am fighting against a presidential candidate? All of the money in the world will not make the change. Parental involvement and individual accountability are the only way to encourage them. They do not realize that they are being manipulated by a system that wants to keep them dependent.
